Exciting Jewelry Making and Bead Weaving Happenings at Bead Fest

Each year, Bead Fest rolls out the red carpet to welcome you and to entice you to dive into all the fun! Not only are there workshops led by nationally recognized instructors, you can shop for all the latest and greatest beading and jewelry-making products. You can engage in conversation with vendors, learn what’s new, as well as watch their expertly run jewelry-making demonstrations. You can also join the fun by partaking in the hands on make and takes, affordable hands on classes (that take only 30 minutes), as well as beginner workshops right on the show floor!

Bead Fest 2018 holds so many opportunities for learning; to follow is a taste of what you can expect to find.

Join Debbie Tlach and learn how to create flowing images that look like watercolor using patinas and special paper. These watercolor effects look magnificent when used under ICE Resin® by Susan Lenart Kazmer! In this 1 1/2 hour class you will paint beautiful watercolor-flow art to showcase in a bezel. Complete your one-of-a-kind necklace using a neck cord you create yourself.

Sunday at 2:00, Tammy repeats her ICE Resin demo from Saturday to round out the demonstration schedule. In addition to the demonstrations, please stop by to say “hello,” ask questions, test out products we have in the booth, and see our books in person. We look forward to seeing you at the show and wish you a wonderful and exciting adventure!

But wait, there’s more! There will be door prizes for several lucky attendees every day. Plus many vendors are demoing the newest tools and techniques in the jewelry arts world today. Designers and vendors from Canada to Florida, Minnesota to California, vendors who only make one appearance per year on the east coast, if that!
